How do I prepare myself for a design project?
There are a few things that could make it a smoother journey. For your first design consultation with us, we recommend that you carry your floor plan and any inspiration. Be ready to discuss your requirements, lifestyle and personality in detail with your designer for your unique home. It also helps to have a budget in mind for speedy decisions.
What will my design consultation be like?
Upon meeting an Aertsen designer at our Experience Centre or via video/phone call, you will be able to draw a clearer picture of your dream home. The design consultation meet will cover your ideas, concepts, personality, goals and more to enhance your space. After these consultations, your designers will share with you a personalised proposal of your dream home with the estimated cost.
What will the design proposal include?
All the reference designs, colour palettes and mood boards will be brought together so that you get a glimpse of what your home could look like.
Will I get to see the samples before I place the order?
Surely! Visit our Experience Center and your designer will give you an exclusive walkthrough. Explore, touch and feel our range of finishes, materials and designs of home interiors.
Are there any hidden costs?
No. Aertsen motto is to give you a smooth journey to your dream home. This includes no hidden charges for design, transportation, installation and all prices are inclusive of GST.
Why must there be multiple payments?
Bringing your dream home to reality is a big investment. We understand this and would like to make this journey as smooth and stress-free as possible for you. This payment structure helps in doing so and giving you a smooth transition.
Is my online payment secure?
Surely! All the needed measures have been taken to make sure every digital payment is protected from any mishaps. Although, if you are feeling insecure, you can also pay by cash, cheque or wire transfer.
Is there a warranty on my Aertsen products?
Yes! Your warranty will begin once you are completely satisfied with our installation. Your happy home is our priority.
