Mr. Amit Kumar envisioned a luxurious residence adorned with subtle golden touches, and this design is a stunning realization of his one-of-a-kind chic vision. The designs have incorporated themes of traditional-modern designing with the minimalistic approach and a warm color palette. To cut the monotony and add the element of luxury, use of the exquisite color gold has been done. The sitting area is a treat to one's eye as every corner of the place is detailed with precision. The gold-framed paintings on the wall against the solid emerald green sofa presents itself royally. The coffee table is placed in the middle of two identical sofas to form a symmetry and match the overall vibe of the place.

A common theme around the house is the flowing patterns of lines, whether is sharp gold lines on the doors or the black lines on the ceiling to cut the monotony of the color white.

The cabinets near the dining area also match the warm tones of brown, grey and gold while being styled with fluted glass cabinets that show off the crockery inside.
The puja room is embellished with gold borders and tiny bells from the outside and a psuedo-gold plated marble on the inside.

The modular kitchen also makes use of various lines to form a proper flow of direction and ease the functionality. The kitchen has been adapted with the same color palette of the fusion of green, white, gold and black. The latest technology of modular kitchen has been used to equip the property.

The fluted designs have been carried forward in the kitchen to maintain symphony throughout the interiors. The olive green cabinet complements the white and gold background elegantly creating a soothing environment when one walks in. The workshop room uses the technique of color blocking by using two-three solid colors that complement each other and putting them together. In this case, Green and white along with grays have been used to give this room a calming space to study or work for long time.
