Payment Policy


Project and order :
 A project refers to home design undertaking for a single home. Multiple orders can be placed for a single project (for eg., one order for modular products, a separate one for on-site custom works or furniture or decor etc.). Payments are processed on an order level. and payments for different orders can be clubbed together in a single project.

Modular Payment Milestone -1:

Booking with Aertsen : You can book your interior project with Aertsen by paying a booking fee which is charged at 10% of the tentative quote in the Proposal/Pitch stage of a project. The booking fee is adjusted against future orders.

Modular Payment Milestone -2:

Sales Order : Once the design phase is complete, you can raise the sales order to start production of Modular furniture by paying 50% of the Final Modular quote. Please note that the initial amount paid during the time of booking will be adjusted in this milestone.

**Example scenario**

Booking amount paid : 2 Lakhs Final quote value : 23 Lakhs

Amount to be paid to raise Sales order : 11.5L (50% of final quote) – 2L (booking amount) = 9.5 L

Modular Payment Milestone – 3:

Modular Delivery : Once the Site is cleared from debris and is approved by the Project manager for the delivery of Modular furniture, the remaining payment of 50% of the Modular value to be paid to initiate the dispatch of material from warehouse.

**Please note that 100% of the payment associated with the Modular value of the project has to be cleared before requesting for the delivery and Installation.**

Custom works Payment Milestone -1:

Please note that the initial amount paid during the time of booking will be adjusted in this milestone.

Booking amount paid : 1 Lakhs Final quote value : 8 Lakhs

Amount to be paid to raise Sales order : 4L (50% of final quote) – 1L (booking amount) = 3 L

Custom works Payment Milestone – 3:

Phase 2 of Custom works: On completion of phase-1 of custom works, you can request to begin phase 2 by paying 25% of the of the Custom works quote.

Custom works Payment Milestone – 4:

Phase 3&4 of Custom works: On completion of phase-2 of custom works, you can request to begin phase 3&4 by paying remaining 25% of the of the Custom works quote.

**Please note that 100% of the payment associated with the Custom works value of the project has to be cleared before requesting to begin phase 3&4 custom works.

Furniture, Appliances & Decor Payment Milestone -1:

Booking & Sales order with Aertsen : You can place an order from the vast range of Furniture, Appliances and decor offer at Aertsen by paying just 50% of the order value.

Furniture, Appliances & Decor Payment Milestone -2:

Delivery and Installation : Once the Site is cleared from debris and is approved by the Project manager for the delivery of Furniture and Appliances along with other line of items in the order, the remaining payment of 50% of the order value to be paid to initiate the dispatch of material

from warehouse.

**Please note that 100% of the payment associated with the order value of the project has to be cleared before requesting for the delivery and Installation.**

Payment modes Accepted

Aertsen offers convenience of paying in all major payment methods accepted in India. However payments made through certain instruments may attract some additional fee which is charged by the banking institutes that facilitate such transactions. Read below to know more about the payment modes accepted at Aertsen.

  1. Digital Payment Gateway

    Customers can opt to use our Digital payment gateway partner – Paytm to process their transactions using UPI, Debit cards and Net-banking only. Please note that Credit cards and Charge cards are not accepted using Paytm.

    **A convenience fee of 2% of the transaction value plus 18% GST on the convenience fee is charged by Paytm if Debit cards are used for the transaction.

  2. NEFT/RTGS

    Customers can use NEFT/RTGS option available from the their respective banking system to process the payment. Please reach-out to our representative for banking details of Aertsen. Please note that some banking institutes may cap the maximum limit for NEFT transactions, we recommend you check with them before initiating the payment.

  3. Cheque

    Customers can opt to use a Cheque to process the payment. All payments made using cheque must be drawn in favor of “NIRMAAN INTERIORS PROJECTS PVT LTD”.

  4. POS – In-store Payment

    Customers can visit any of our nearest Experience Center to complete their payment in-store. Please note that the payments accepted through POS machine facilitate the use of all major credit cards in India along with UPI and Debit cards.

    **A convenience fee of 2.75% plus 18% GST on the convenience fee will be charged by the banking partner for Debit card and Credit card transactions.

  5. Cash

Customers can visit any of our nearest Experience Center to complete their payment in-store using the Cash payment mode. Please note that Aertsen accepts cash transactions of up-to 2 Lakhs INR for a single project and providing details of customers PAN are mandatory for transactions above 49 thousand. Please note that maximum and minimum cash transaction values will change from time-to-time to adhere with governing laws of India and might not be updated here frequently. Please reach-out to one of our representatives for more details at the time of transaction.

 

    Warehouse Storage Policy

    At Aertsen, we take pride in delivering high-quality custom-built modular furniture units. To ensure the longevity and integrity of our products, we have established the following warehouse storage policy. This policy is designed to guide our clients in the timely acceptance and installation of their orders.

    Delivery Timeframe:
    All modular furniture units are made to order, and it is strongly recommended that clients take delivery of their orders within 7 working days after production. This timeframe is crucial to prevent damages to the products during storage and transit.

    Installation of Modular Panels:
    Modular panels must be installed within 15 days of production. Failure to adhere to this timeframe may result in warpage and bending of panels, which may compromise the quality of the product.

    Warranty Terms:
    If a client fails to accept the delivery within 7 working days, Aertsen shall not offer warranty coverage for any warpage or bends resulting from storing the panels for a longer duration. It is the responsibility of the client to inspect and accept the delivered items promptly.

    Warehouse and Handling Charges:
    In cases where clients fail to accept the delivery for more than 15 working days from the date of intimation, warehouse and handling charges will be levied on the products. These charges are incurred due to the storage of products beyond the recommended timeframe and will be communicated to the client in advance.

    Storage Charges:

    2 BHK Storage Charges:

    Daily Rate: 1500 INR
    GST (18%): 270 INR
    Total Daily Charges: 1770 INR

    3 BHK Storage Charges:

    Daily Rate: 2200 INR
    GST (18%): 396 INR
    Total Daily Charges: 2596 INR

    4 BHK and Above Storage Charges:

    Daily Rate: 3000 INR
    GST (18%): 540 INR
    Total Daily Charges: 3540 INR

    Client Responsibility:

    Clients are encouraged to plan accordingly and coordinate with Aertsen to ensure timely delivery and installation of their modular furniture units. Any delays in accepting deliveries may result in additional costs and may affect warranty coverage.

    Communication:
    Aertsen will communicate the expected delivery date and provide timely reminders to clients regarding the importance of accepting deliveries within the specified timeframe.

    Exceptions:
    Exceptions to this policy may be considered on a case-by-case basis, subject to prior written approval by Aertsen management.
