Cancellation and Refund Policy
We at Aertsen, believe in making every project a beautiful journey and we thrive on delivering on this promise. However, if you change your mind post making the booking payment and wish to proceed with the cancellation, Aertsen will offer a refund as per the terms mentioned below.
- You can cancel the project anytime from the date of the booking to the date of the final sales order is raised.
- As the project moves into the production phase after making the sales order, Aertsen will not accept any cancellation requests or offer refunds.
- 100% refund for cancellation requests made within 3 working days from the booking date will be processed as Aertsen Store Credits.
- 50% refund for cancellation requests made between the 4th working day from the initial booking date to the first set of designs shared in the form of 2D drawings or 3D renders with the customer will be processed as Aertsen Store Credits.
- No refund for cancellation requests made after sharing the design sign-off document with the customer.
- Aertsen Store Credits can be used when purchasing loose furniture, appliances, décor items etc. From our vast catalog of curated products.
- Please note that any discounts offered while booking the project will not be applicable on the purchase made using Store Credits.
- Once the order has been placed, de-scoping of any line item will not be accepted in any type of order including but not limited to Modular, Custom works, Furniture, Appliances and decor etc.
