Onboarding Milestone
The first stage of every journey - Planning. Our designers will capture your requirements and learn about your lifestyle, needs, test and plans for your dream home, and present creative references and mood boards that resonate with your vision along with a tentative quotation. Design in progress (DIP-Stage)
Team Assigned and Kick-off Milestone
Once you are onboard with Aertsen, a Senior designer and a Project manager are assigned. A design kick-off meeting is scheduled by the Sales and Design manager along with you to transfer project knowledge to the Senior designer ensuring transparent handover

Site Audit
A site measurement slot is scheduled by the technical team, while Project manager conducts a preliminary site-audit to identify any challenges in the framework or in the service works of the site.

Design and Material Selection
Choose and select from the vast range of product configurations and finishes offered by Aertsen that fit right in your budget and wait for the designer to work their magic - presenting you the furniture layout and a 3D visualization-set for your dream home

Sign Off & Payment
Once the design of your dream home is finalised, our expert technical team will validate the same against the existing site conditions and prepare a sign-off document with technical drawing-set and final quotation for Modular scope and Custom scope of the project.

milestone 2 - Initial booking amount will be adjusted during Sales order.
Work in progress (WIP-Stage)
Site Kick-off and Knowledge transfer
Once the Sales order is raised, a project kick-off meeting is scheduled on-site by the Senior designer to transfer complete project knowledge to the Project manager in your presence ensuring transparent handover to the Operations team. Project executive is assigned by PM to supervise on-site work

Project Time-line and Payment schedule
Modular scope of work is sent for production and the Custom scope of work is divided into four phases with pre-set milestones that help you track execution progress. Project Manager shares the Time-line for Modular delivery and Custom scope of work along with Payment schedule
Project executive will commence Phase - 1 of Custom scope on-site under the supervision of Project Manager.

Payment milestone - 3
Up-on completion of Phase -1, pay 25% of the Custom scope project value to commence Phase - 2 works on-site.

Modular installation,
pay remaining 50% of the Modular scope project value to raise
delivery request.
Once Modular storage is received on-site, Project executive will
perform QC and
schedule for installation.
Payment milestone - 5
Up-on completion of Modular QC, pay 25% of the custom project value to commence Phase - 3 and Phase - 4 of on-site Custom works.
Handover
Final Handover Milestone
Up-on Completion of Modular installation and Final phase Custom scope of work, a final Quality-Check is performed by the Project manager to ensure the products delivered are free from any manufacturing defects and are up-to the quality standards of Aertsen.
Just like that, you step into your new home! We do one final sweep of the house, ensure everything is good to go and hand you the Invoice and Warranty documents. Enjoy!
